General Terms

• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in the specific bonus terms for each offer.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual bonus terms.

Account Suspension & Closure

ck44 apk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Account inactivity — accounts with zero balance that have not recorded any login or transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and closed at ck44 apk's discretion.
• A player's voluntary request to close their own account, including requests made under the self-exclusion programme.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to verification. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
